Spiked Apricot Lassi

Ingredients

1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garam masala

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients into a tall measuring cup that your immersion blender fits into. Blend until very very smooth, adding milk until desired thickness has been achieved.

Serve in a shot glass.
