Organic Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

1/2 bag (4 oz.) organic white chocolate chips

Melt semi-sweet chocolate over double boiler

Spread thin on wax paper over a cookie sheet or Silpat

Chop candy canes in food processor and spread over warm chocolate

Let set in refrigerator

Melt white chocolate

Spread over hardened chocolate

Set in refrigerator

Break and enjoy!

Using candy canes made from cane sugar, such as Pure Fun Candy Canes make them delightfully sweet but not too sweet. Simple, easy present.
