Cheescake

Ingredients

50 grams butter
2 packages of Philadelphia (200 gr)
1 egg
100 grams sugar
100 grams of cream

Preparation

Put the biscuit in a plastic bag crush them in crumbs with a meat mallet .

Melt the butter in the microwave pour it in the biscuit crumbs and mix the whole with a spatula.

Then pour the mixture into an aluminum tray covering the bottom well.

Mix the philadelphia with sugar, egg, cream and vanilla in a bowl

Then mix them with an immersion blender .

Pour the creamy mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate.

When the mixture has solidified decorated with cherry ice cream topping.
