Cream butter and sugar well; add eggs, one at a time. Add other ingredients. Put into well buttered bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn out on rack. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, if desired.

Mix a rounded tablespoon soft butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and powdered sugar; add small amount of milk. Drizzle over top of cake.
