Mushroom And Balsamic Vinegar Bruschetta

BeginnerA super delicious recipe for a snack through out the day or a special canapes for a party. I just made up this recipe by throwing a few ingredients in a pan and hoping for the best.

- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 small red chili
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 chestnut mushrooms
- slices crusty bread (such as baguette)
- oil (for frying)

Step 1
Cut the mushrooms in small cubes and finely chop the garlic and chilly then fry them in a little bit of oil. When the mushroom are soft add the balsamic vinegar and soya sauce leaving everything to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Place the slices of bread on a platter and cover with the mushrooms. You can toast the bread I prefer mine just as it is. Serve immediately!
