Filled Pastry Shells

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans potted meat (deviled ham is best)
1 hard boiled egg, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons pickle relish
2 tablespoons ketchup
Preparation

Mix to make a stiff dough. Chill one hour. Using mini muffin cups, put a small ball of dough in each cup and press up sides and across bottom to cover. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. May be frozen until ready for use. Makes 3 dozen. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before filling.

I think i would buy deli meat and then grind up in the processor.. great idea!
