Butter Fish Fry

Ingredients

2 nos Butter fish, cleaned and cut into ½ inch slices
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 stem curry leaves, for garnish

Preparation

Mix the spices, salt, oil and lime juice into a paste

Marinate the fish pieces with the spice paste

Keep aside for 15-20 minutes

Heat oil in non-stick pan,

Fry the curry leaves and keep aside,

Fry fish slices on each side for 4-5 mts until golden brown,

Drain and serve, garnished with curry leaves.
