Potatoroni Salad

Ingredients

2 Large Potatoes, Diced
8 ounces Elbow Macaroni
1 cup Celery
1 1/2 cups Cooked Bacon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
4 tablespoons Milk

Preparation

Prep:

Wash and Dice Potatoes.

Boil Potatoes in a Large Pot.

Rinse Potatoes with Cold water.

Wash and Slice Celery into .5" pieces.

Boil Macaroni until soft.

Rinse Macaroni with Cold water.

Hard boil the Eggs.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Cook Bacon until crisp.

Mince Bacon into Bacon Bits.

In a large mixing bowl add the Milk, Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Miracle Whip, Milk and Egg Yolks.

Mix until the sauce is a thick, slightly gooey consistency.

Add Macaroni, Potatoes, Bacon, and Celery to this mix.

Mix until all additives are covered with the previous sauce.

Place in the Fridge for 2-4 Hours.
