Clodhopper Smore Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups flour

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 cup clodhoppers

1 cup marshmallows

Preparation

In mixer, cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla at speed 2 for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Turn to speed 4 and beat 30 seconds more. Turn to stir speed and gradually add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix about 3 minutes. Scrape bowl and add chocolate chips, clodhoppers, and marshmallows. Turn to stir speed and mix about 15 seconds. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes lots!
