Black Olive Salsa

Ingredients
3 pounds tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 cups black olives sliced
1/4 cup onion diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon basil vinegar (or regular vinegar)

Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours in the refrigerator. This is the preferred salsa for tacos on southern Arizona ranches.
