Clams and Mussels

Ingredients

Sauce (we used a vidalia onion sauce)
Fresh Clams
Fresh Mussels
Butter
cup Water about ¾

Preparation

I poured the water in a pan along with about a half a cup of the tomato sauce, stirred it together and tossed a pat of butter in with it.

I brought it up to a boil and then throw your clams and mussels in. Cover and cook until clams and mussels open, about 5 minutes (throw away the ones that do not open).

Serve over cooked pasta and sauce!!
