1 cup basil leaves, whole and not packed
1/2 cup red onions, sliced
4 ounces flank steak, grilled and thinly sliced
4 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

This is a wonder way to use up those fresh, lovely tomatoes in the garden. Layers of tomato, tender flank steak, and blue cheese are drizzled with a lovely balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
