Scallops with rosemary balsamic reduction

Ingredients
1/2 pound sea scallops
Rosemary balsamic reduction
Rosemary sprigs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation

To prepare balsamic reduction:

Simmer ½ cup balsamic vinegar in small saucepan with a sprig of rosemary until it reduces by one half.

Or, purchase a rosemary balsamic reduction such as this one from Nonna Pia’s in British Columbia.

Heat olive oil in skillet and add scallops

Cook both sides until browned approx 5 minutes

Serve with rosemary balsamic reduction drizzled over them. Garnish with rosemary.
