Potato Bake

Ingredients

750 grams potatoes, peeled & sliced
600 mls thickened cream

Preparation

Layer potatoes in shallow dish. Combine soup & cream & pour over potatoes. Bake covered with foil for 30 mins @ 180 degrees C, remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, bake further 30 mins.
