Leftover Tabouli Salad Patties

Ingredients

100 grams quinoa tabouli salad or just cooked quinoa
1 small egg
4 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Oil for frying

Preparation

In a bowl combine all ingredients; form 5 medium size patties.

Preheat frying pan, add oil. Fry each patty on both sides until golden brown.
