Raisin Cake - Vegan

Ingredients
4 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
2 cups orange juice
1 cup golden raisins
3/4 cup walnuts, ground
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven at 350.

In a large and deep bowl mix together the sugar and the oil.

Blend it all together and add the rest of the ingredients into the mixture. Pour into a cake pan, loaf pan, or bundt pan!

Put it in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour.

As a general rule, a cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

A friend of mine that is vegan asked me to make her an eggless raisin cake. After a few trials, this is what I came up with! I like it. A lot!
