Ginger Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients
2 pounds Cleaned shrimp
4 cups Broccoli florets
1 medium Red bell pepper - sliced
2 Minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
Soy sauce to taste

Directions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees or start barbecue grill to medium high. Using Reynold's foil bags, arrange the shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper inside the bag in an even layer. Sprinkle with the garlic and ginger. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top. Seal the bag and place in a 1" deep pan. Slide the bag onto the grill or place in the oven. Grill 15-20 minutes in a covered grill, or bake for 30 minutes. Use oven mitts to cut open the foil bag with a sharp knife. Fold back the top of the bag, allowing the
