Ingredients
1/2 pound
mangetout
(known also as
snow peas
or
snap peas)
2 fresh
tomatoes,
roughly chopped
1
chilli pepper,
diced
2
large
cloves garlic
1/2 cup
olive oil
salt
and
pepper
Preparation
1
Heat
the olive oil, drop in the diced garlic and let it soften but not
brown
2
Add the
chopped
chilli pepper, soften but not
brown
3
Add the
chopped
fresh tomatoes, let them
melt
down partly
4
Stir
in the
topped
and tailed mangetout
5
Season
with
salt
and pepper to
taste
6
Cook 7-10 minutes uncovered
.
