Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds
beef stew
meat (or leftover roast)
2 cans
tomatoes
2 lg.
potatoes
, chopped
1 lg.
onion
, chopped
1 pkg. frozen
mixed vegetables
1/2
stick
butter
1/2 cup
catsup
1 teaspoon red
hot sauce
2 tablespoons
sugar
Salt
pepper
to taste
Preparation
1
Boil
meat until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium
heat
until vegetables are tender.
Simmer
for 30 minutes.
Thicken
this with a little flour and water. Put over biscuits and
serve.
