Simple Pasta With Chicken And Baby Peas


4 boneless, skinless organic chicken breast halves, cut to small bite size pieces
2 slices of low sodium bacon, cut to small pieces
1/2 sweet organic onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. organic GF dried oregano
2 cups frozen organic baby peas
1 cup of organic cream
1 cup GF organic chicken broth
16 oz. cooked GF pasta of your choice, (I used spaghettini in this recipe)
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper to taste


Add chicken to a large saute pan with bacon, onion and garlic, cook until chicken is slightly brown
Stir in parsley and oregano and cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat
Add cream, chicken broth and peas and cook for 10 minutes
Add pasta and Parmesan cheese, gently stir with the sauce and cook for aproximately 3 - 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Garnish with freshly chopped organic parsley
