Endive salad, with mandarin, apple, candied pecans and parmesan

Ingredients
4 tablespoons mandarin juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
salt
pepper
Preparation

Finely chop and combine 3 heads Belgian endive, ½ head romaine lettuce, ½ apple, segments from 1 mandarin, 1 cup candied pecans, and salad dressing

Top with 2 tbsp chopped chives, parmesan shavings, small rosemary sprig and fresh dill
