Kourabiedes With Millet Flour

Ingredients

100 grams millet flour
40 grams sugar
125 grams soft butter
1 teaspoon orange flower water
few drops of bitter almonds essence
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation

In a food processor add butter, sugar (40 g), orange flower water and the almond essence.

Pulse few times for few seconds each pulse.

Add the flours with the baking powder and pulse again until combine.

Make a ball with your dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After the 30 minutes make about 36 little balls and put them again into the fridge for other 30 minutes.

Cook them at 150°C until slightly golden. You will need about 20 minutes.

Let it cool 15 minutes then roll them in the powdered sugar.
