Cranberry Nut Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 sq. orange
2 tablespoons oil
Hot water to make ⅔ c
1 beaten egg
1 cup cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in large bowl. In 1 cup container squeeze 1 orange. Add 2 tablespoons oil and enough hot water to make 2/3 cup; add 1 beaten egg. Add slowly to dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in greased and floured 9x13 pan.
