Swiss Chicken Quiche

Ingredients
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese (1 cup)
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can French fried onion
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes and remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees; in medium bowl toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
