Smoked Duck & Pear Appetizer Spoons

Ingredients

10 smoked duck slices
3/4 pear
2 tablespoons of walnut oil
1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of four spices mix

Preparation

In a bowl, blend oil, vinegar, honey and spices (including salt & pepper).

Peel and slice pear.

Fill spoons with a piece of pear, topped with a smoked duck slice and another pear piece.

Add a little vinaigrette to your spoons.

That’s it! Ready to serve :-)
