Sausage and Polenta

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions,chopped
1 inch green pepper, chopped in 1 pieces
2 cloves of gralic, minced
1 tube of polenta, slic polenta into thick wedges

Preparation

Slice up sausage into 1 1/2 inch pieces and saute in olive oil using a saute pan or frying pan. Remove and set aside when heated through.

Leaving remaining oil in pan, gently fry up onions, pepper and garlic.

When veggies are softened place sausage back in pan.

Meanwhile, heat a small frying pan and brown the polenta. You may need to add a smidge of olive oil to keep the polenta from sticking.

Once everythig is hot, serve the sausage and veggie mixture with polenta. Pour marinara over the mixture to your taste.

Note: You can change the taste of this by using charcoal grilled sausage.
