Lemon Pork Chops with Potatoes
Ingredients
-Pork chops, as many as desired
-6 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- dried oregano
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt-Pepper
- pinch of thyme
Preparation

Put pork chops and potatoes in large Baking Pan

In a cup mix olive oil, mustard, thyme and lemon juice. Pour olive oil mixture over pork chops.

Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt and pepper. Add 1 1/2 cup of water and cover baking pan.

Turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 min. Uncover baking pan and bake for 10 min more or until potatoes are golden brown and pork chops are tender.
