Ingredients
3 strips
bacon
, cut up
1/4 cup
onion
, chopped
6 cups
cabbage
, shredded
3 tablespoons
water
Sugar
,
pepper
dill
to taste
1 tablespoon
vinegar
(cider)
Preparation
1
Fry
bacon. Save bacon grease and add chopped onion; saute. Add cabbage and water; toss together in electric
skillet
or large
frying
pan. Add a bit of sugar, pepper and dill to
taste.
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and
serve
hot.
