Bombay Rice

Ingredients
3/4 cup brown rice
1/8 cup split red lentil
1/8 cup split green peas
2 tablespoons butter
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter; optional
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 cup raw cashews or peanuts; optional

Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until soft.
