Beef Brisket With Beer

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
1 can any beer
ground pepper to taste
onion powder (optional)

Preparation

I use a Dutch oven

Melt butter on top of stove in Dutch Oven

Add onions when melted and saute until slightly brown.

Remove onions

Salt and Pepper the Brisket and sear on stove top about 8-10 minutes or so

Put onions on top of Brisket

Pour beer into Dutch oven

Cover

Cook on 275 degree oven for 4 1/2 hours or so.

Do not open pot. the meat can lose moisture.

Wait till it cools and slice on a diagonal and enjoy.
