2/3 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup carrots, finely grated
1/2 cup nuts or raisins, optional
