Horseradish Dip

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons finely-chopped green pepper
teaspoon dried basil
teaspoon crushed dried marjoram
teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or cooked ham cubes on toothpicks.
