Hot Dog Soup

Chop cabbage into 2" pieces, dice onion, peel and cube potato into 1/4" pieces. Cut carrots into 1/4" discs. Add black pepper and parsley to taste. Put all ingredients into pot and cover with water. Add bouillon. Cook until cabbage and carrots are tender.

Cut hot dogs into "pennies" and add to mixture. Cook until heated.
