Ham and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

4 cups Tomatoes, peeled/chopped
3 cups Cooked ham, chopped
1/2 cup Water
2 mediums Green peppers, chopped
2 smalls Onions, chopped
1 small Garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup Uncooked regular rice
2 tablespoons Margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Catsup
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Combine tomatoes, ham, water, green pepper, onion, garlic, rice, margarine, catsup, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 F. for one hour.
