Rice pancakes..

Ingredients

[use leftover, cooked rice.]
5 tablespoons Bengal gram flour (Besan),
2 tablespoons Coriander leaves,
1 Carrot grated,
1 Onion cut finely,
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder,
1/2 teaspoon Red chilly powder,
Salt to taste.

Preparation

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl and

use water to make a thick batter.

Put a non stick tava to heat, grease it and

whip it, now on the tava spread a spoon full

of the batter to make a small size ' pancake '.

Use oil to cook the pancake, flip the side, again

use some more oil, allow to cook until golden brown.

Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
