Banana Date Bread

Cooking time: 14 1/2 to 16 1/2 minutes 2 c. sliced ripe bananas (2 med.) 2 eggs 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 2 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped dates

Place butter in large microproof bowl. Cook on high, 1 1/2 minutes. Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat until batter is smooth. Stir in dates. Pour batter into 8 cup microproof ring mold. Cook on 70, 13 to 15 minutes or until bread tests done. Rotate mold one-quarter turn if bread seems to be rising unevenly.
