Pasta Seafood Salad

Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 pound med. pasta shells, cooked
drained
8 ounces imitation crab legs, bite-size pieces
4 ounces fresh snowpeas, cut in half
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Mix dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to mix and coat. Cover and refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving.
