Kefta Au Boeuf Malin

Ingredients

600 grams de viande hachée de bœuf
1 Oignon
6 ou 8 Feuilles de Menthe fraiche ou déshydratée
Persil
harissa
1 Œuf
2 Tomates
Huile
Sel et poivre
1/2 cuillère à café de sucre

Preparation

Finely chop your onion, mint leaves and parsley.

Dice tomatoes.

In a large bowl, put your meat. Add yl'oignon, mint and parsley. Knead well together.

Stir in as and your spices, while continuing to knead well, so soak it well at all the preparation.

Salt and pepper. Add your egg and a touch of harissa and knead again.

Form into balls perfectly round by rolling in the palm of the hand. (If you prepare too much glue, you can add flour)

In a hot pan, pour a little oil and fry your meatballs a few minutes to gild what slightly.

Pour into same skillet your diced tomatoes and sugar and your grout. Salt and pepper your sauce. (You can add 1 teaspoon of cumin to your taste)

Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. (Add it needs a little water to thin sauce)
