Lagun Nu Custard

Ingredients

250 ml.s Milk
2 no.s Egg
60 grms Sugar
Vaniua essance
Nutmag
30 grms Chaimali

Preparation

Make the basic custard in simle method.

Add vaniua essence nutmag.

Bake the mixture in a baking tray &bake over for 30 min. in the temp. between 180-200'c.

Garnish with chaimali.

Cut in to same square size serve hot.
