Pan De Campo

Ingredients

50 grams yeast
400 ccs warm water
1 Kilo flour
2 teaspoons Salt
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Sugar

Preparation

Mix the yeast with 300 gr of flour, salt, sugar and 100cc of warm water. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Then mix with remaining ingredients until the dough is firm and not sticking to the fingers.

Divide dough in half and let stand for another 20 minutes.

Bake at medium temperature for 10-15 minutes.
