Dill Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

4 cucumbers, peeled and 1/4" sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoons dill

In a medium-sized bowl, gently stir the ingredients together. Chill for several hours before serving.

When cucumbers came in fast from the garden my mom quickly turned them into this cool, refreshing cucumber salad. She never measured anything, and for this salad I don't measure much either. Feel free to change the proportions of the ingredients to suit. This cucumber salad is fast to make and was always a winner at our Labor Day block parties.
