Rosemary Pecan Shortbread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
14 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tablespoons rosemary
cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix flour and butter on low-medium

Add sugar, egg yolk, and rosemary and mix on medium

Add pecans and gently work into dough
4
Roll into long cylinder and wrap in plastic
5
Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour

Slice

Bake for 20 minutes at 350F
