Stir Fry Bok Choy Fijian Style

Preparation

PREPARATION: Wash and finely chop Bok Choy, dice onion and chilli finely and grate garlic finely.

COOKING : In a shallow fry pan heat oil on high heat.

Add garlic, onion, and chilli .

Stir till near golden brown .This will only take few seconds.

Add Bok Choy; salt to taste, stir and take off heat .It’s all done ready for the belly.
