Mexican Taco Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
shredded lettuce or cabbage or any desired toppings (optional)

Preparation

Brown meat in a large skillet on medium heat. Drain fat.

Dissolve seasoning mix in water and add to beef together with tomato sauce and corn. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into a serving dish. Sprinkle cheese and tortilla chips.

Serve with assorted toppings of desired.
