Riccota Cheese by shobhana mishra

Ingredients

1 gallon of milk
cup cup of vinegar dilute with 1/2 of warm water

Preparation

Rinse the pot with water.

Pour the milk in the pot.

On medium heat boil the milk.

Once it starts to boil, add the diluted vinegar.

Milk will curled.

Turn off the heat.

Let it cool.

Strain the cheese.

Enjoy
