Ingredients
Russet Potatoes
Garlic
salt
Chopped Onions
Chopped
Green
Bell Pepper
Fresh Minced Garlic
Chopped Red Tomato
Butter
Dash of White Pepper
Dash of Black Pepper
Shredded Sharp
Cheddar Cheese
Preparation

Peel
and Cube potatoes (medium sized)

Cook in
boiling
water with Garlic
salt
to
taste
until tender

Combine onion, bell pepper, garlic and tomato in a saucepan and saute with butter.

Combine potatoes, sauteed ingredients, cheese, white pepper and black pepper on low
heat,
allowing cheese to
melt.

Serve
hot.
