Slow Cooker Bean & Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 cups Santa Barbara salsa (mild or hot)
3 tablespoons Chipotle olive oil (or to taste)
Corn chips for dipping
Diced tomato or pepper for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Cut the cheese into 1-inch chunks.

In separate bowl mix the olive oil with the refried beans.

Layer the pot by putting the cheese, beans, and salsa in that order.

Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the dip is the same consistency throughout. Transfer the dip to a serving dish if you like.
