Sweet Dill Muffins

Ingredients

3/4 cup Butter Softened (1 ½ sticks)

1 1/2 cups Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Milk

1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well.

In a separate bowl, sift together the salt, baking powder, dill & flour.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with with milk and extract.

Divide the batter equally into a dozen muffin tins lined with cupcake papers.

Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes until they are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

The muffins are great serve with a savory quiche or if you are looking for an addition to a Sunday brunch menu, they'll be a hit.
