Karoun Dairies Goat Feta Spinach Pie

Ingredients
1 pound fresh spinach, rinsed and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 pound Karoun Goat Feta, crumbled
4 teaspoons parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute green onions and garlic until lightly browned and soft.

Stir in spinach and sauté until spinach is limp.

Transfer to a sieve and drain until cool.

In medium bowl, mix Karoun Goat Feta, parsley, and dill.

Stir in spinach.

Spoon spinach mixture into pan and spread evenly.

Layer remaining phyllo sheets over top brushing each with oil.
