Tender Chicken Stew With Spinach

Ingredients

4 Large tomatoes,skin removed,pureed,
3 onion, minced,
1 bunch spinach,washed,cleaned,shredded,cooked,
500 grams boneless chicken,cubed,
3 tablespoons corn oil,
2 tablespoons butter,
1 teaspoon aniseed,crushed,
salt to taste,

Preparation

Heat corn oil in a pan and add butter.

Add onion and cook till golden brown color.

Immediately add the chicken.

Stir fry for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add tomato puree,aniseed and cook till oil separates.

Add enough water to cook the chicken until tender.

Cook on medium heat.

Add spinach, salt and black pepper.

Cook until blended.

Serve with crusty bread.
